Andrew Hollo is the director of Workwell Consulting, which helps all types of organisations and partnerships achieve success.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, where he trained in psychology. After initially working for a leading global consulting firm, Andrew found his niche in grassroots non-profit work.
A solo consultant for almost 20 years, Andrew now helps organisations tackle large-scale health and social issues, including government, agencies, not-for-profits, and private and public companies.
Andrew works with boards, executive teams and specialists to dramatically increase the effectiveness of group enquiry, debate, planning and decision making, so that they can deliver exceptional public value to their customers or beneficiaries.
From Impossible to Possible is Andrew’s second book, and is designed to help public value organisations make a meaningful and long-lasting impact on the individuals and communities they seek to help.
Andrew is also the author of We Don’t Need More, We Need Different: Working across organisational boundaries to solve 21st century problems.
